Maison Sanglier is our newest label at Stone Tower Winery, and it was created for our new project in Burgundy, France. In late 2016, the Hubers had the unique and privileged opportunity to purchase some select vineyard sites in and around the famous Burgundian village of Pommard. Burgundy possesses some of the most renowned vineyard sites on the planet, and to many, it is the world's greatest winegrowing region. This rosé is solely produced from these small vineyard parcels. Annually, we produce just over 100 cases of this wine, and it is comprised largely of Gamay (with a bit of Pinot Noir). The wine has all of your classic rosé aromatics, while having a quintessential Burgundian structure on the palate (further aided by its fermentation and aging in older French oak barrels). 

85% Gamay, 15% Pinot Noir.
