Since our founding, our sparkling roses have been some of our most popular bottlings. From a winemaking and flavor standpoint, this release provides great continuity between past and present bottlings. However, this magnun is uniquely exciting as we'ved partnered with a prestigious sparkling house in Burgundy, France to produce it.  The 'Magnum' format was produced in very small quantities and only rarely is offered to the public. Not only does the large format provide an immensely fun occassion, the 1.5L size enables this wine to most beautifully express the right balance between the wine's yeasty and fruity aromatics, which are a hallmark of traditional method sparkling wines. The larger format also enables the wine to age more gracefully in bottle!

50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Gamay.
