This lovely white wine is a blend like those which originated in the Rhone Valley. The blend is classic – with Viognier leading the way followed by Roussanne, Marsanne, and dash of Grenache Blanc. The wines nose is full of ripe cantelope and honeydew melon.  This carries through to the palate where you pick up a bit of stone fruit and a hint of tangerine.  As the wine finishes you will experience a slight trace of jasmine.

The luxuriance of Viognier is complemented by the silkiness from the Roussanne, and the beeswax contributed by the Marsanne.  The trace of Grenache Blanc punctuates the finish with a lovely hint of citrus.  If you like spicy food this is the wine for you, pair with Thai, Indian, even Mexican cuisine. It can also complement a wide variety of foods including, richer poultry and fish dishes that feature roasted fruit or fruit-based sauces. Sushi is a real win and vegetarian dishes of all kinds.
