Named for our beloved, Kristi Huber, this is the fifth crafting of this incredibly popular chardonnay.  The wine is very special to the Stone Tower family carrying Kristi’s name.  

This very special wine made using native fermentation, concrete, and amphora resulting in an elegant wine with deep richness, contributed to by the amphora and a slight touch of minerality from the concrete. Absolutely stunning!

We have been crafting chardonnay since we opened in 2013 and we have 13 acres across the diverse micro-climates and soils of our property’s southeastern exposure. This year we will craft several different styles of chardonnay, and although all great, none is created quite like this one. The wines combination of minerality and richness creates many excellent food pairing choices.  Eggs Benedict, seafood, grilled pork, veal, vegetables like red peppers, corn, butternut squash, pumpkin, creamy pasta, and a variety of cheeses. This wine is beautiful and comes to life when served at about 55 degrees. Enjoy this wine now through 2028!
