The 2022 Stone Tower Estate Sauvignon Blanc is much like the 2021 and is similar to those grown and crafted in Bordeaux. The wine is dominated by a nose and palate of stone fruit – apricot and white peach. On the mid-palate there is excitement brought on by a hint of citrus and apple. Pair this lively wine with many foods. Softer briny and sour cheeses like Goat’s milk cheese are exceptional. Seafood is a natural as well. So many find it hard to pair wines with asparagus – grill it and serve it with this wine – out of this world!  Grilled and roasted vegetarian dishes will be great companions for this wine.
