Produced from 100% Estate grown Merlot sourced from Block S.  This Rosé has lovely richness in color and flavor.  There is an effusive nose of peach, watermelon and strawberry.  On the palate there is a perfect balance of fruit and soft acidity. It is crisp and clean with a lovely soft round palate. Elevaged in neutral French oak adds to the lovely round full texture. The wine is incredibly versatile and can be paired with seafood, braised dishes, grilled meats and vegetables.  An awesome pairing is a pork tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto and grilled.
