The Maison Sanglier label - translation “House of the Wild Boar” - is a unique side project for Stone Tower Winery, hailing all the way from Burgundy, France. In 2016, the Hubers had the unique and privileged opportunity to purchase some select vineyard sites in and around the famous Burgundian village of Pommard. Burgundy possesses some of the most renowned vineyard sites on the planet, and to many, it is the world's greatest wine-growing region. A classic Burgundian Pinot Noir with fresh raspberry which dances on the tip of your tongue and a lovely earthiness on the finish.  The wine longs to be served with duck, chicken, pork, and meaty fish, and grilled vegetables.
