Our relatively young Sauvignon Blanc vines, which were originally planted in 2014 (~6 acres), were putto test in the very challenging 2018 growing season. However, for any region’s top producers, such vintages paradoxically lead to the production some of their best bottlings. Our Reserve is meant to highlight the apex of quality from our Sauvignon Blanc and is modeled after the beautiful dry whites produced in the Bordeaux region of France. The wine contains a small percentage of Semillon and a restraint oak aging regimen, which combine to produce a phenomenally textured, complex, and food-friendly wine!
