2017 Wild Boar Pinot Noir
Since our release of the inaugural 2014 bottling, this wine has easily become one of our guest's favorite wines! Red wines based on the pinot noir grape produce such beautifully aromatic wines without being too heavy. Their medium body and vibrant acidity make the wine incredibly food-friendly, thirst-quenching, and perfect for the seasonal transition from Summer to Fall (while drinking great through the entirety of winter too!). While this fruit is sourced from a quality vineyard site in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, it is inspired by the ~4 acres of the grape that we’ve planted in 2015 and 2016.
