2017 Estate Chardonnay
Our small 3-acre block of Chardonnay constitutes our oldest plantings on Hogback Mountain and date back to 2009. This west facing slope consistently produces a balanced, complex, and food-friendly wine. It is fermented in French oak and aged for 10 months (15% new). The wine possesses the texture, richness, and complexity of your classic oak-aged Chardonnay, while simultaneously possessing a vibrant and lively profile akin to your favorite Burgundy.
