Our Sanglier Noble is near and dear to our hearts, as we’ve been producing this blend since our founding in 2009. In French, the word ‘sanglier’ translates to wild boar, thus our ‘noble boar’ is a highly polished and ageworthy Bordeaux-style blend driven by Cabernet Sauvignon and aged for 20 months in French oak barriques (33% new). 

56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc, 5% Malbec, 2% Petit Verdot.
